Landmark Design Group, LLC is a boutique real estate development firm based in Carmel, Indiana, dedicated to elevating urban infill living through exceptional design and craftsmanship. Drawing on more than 25 years of combined experience in development and real estate, our owners bring a seasoned, hands-on approach to every project. We focus on creating beautifully designed infill homes that enhance established neighborhoods and reflect the architectural character of the communities we serve. In addition to our infill work, we partner with private clients to design and build truly one of a kind custom residences.
